Aurora King is a Sex-Positive Photo-based Artist, who was born in Toronto, Canada. She focuses mainly on figurative studies and their aesthetic interconnectedness with the structures of the natural environment. In her work, she seeks to reveal the form and characteristics as reflections of individuality – and to cultivate sensuality and authenticity.
Aurora attended the Toronto School of Art, where for several years she studied the human form. From 2008 to 2011, she frequently worked out of and exhibited at the 401 Richmond St. Artist Co-op and was a member of Gallery 44: Center for Contemporary Photography.
